Please note that for security purposes, we do have a ring camera at the front door as well as a camera on the corner, of the patio, outward facing the back yard. The camera does not face the hot tub and most of the patio. It is strictly for security purposes for the side gates of the property. This is a NO smoking property, inside or outside. If you are a smoker and cannot follow our no smoking rules, please consider another property. There will be an additional 250.00 cleaning fee added if there is any evidence that smoking has taken place anywhere on the property. This is an animal FREE home, no exceptions. One of our cleaners has a severe allergy to animal hair and dander.
